Gigabit Ethernet Duplex Transceivers SFF and SFP
Ligent SFF and SFP IEEE 802.3z duplex transceivers are designed for a wide range of applications in multi-mode or single-mode high-speed LAN data communications equipment. They are powered by a single 3.3 volt DC supply and are available in 850 nm, 1310 nm or 1550 nm versions covering ranges up to 120 km. They operate at the data rate of 1250 Mb/s and meet 1000BASE-SX, 1000BASE-LX or 1000BASE-LH requirements.
