The ITU-T G.987.2 standard is still being refined. However, the PMD specifications for the optical transceivers are fixed. The products listed here are development types and may not incorporate all the features of the finished product, for example, the I2C interface. Contact us to determine availability.
Several equipment vendors have used experimental versions of these products to successfully demonstrate 10G feasibility over existing G-PON networks.
The PMD types that specify EML+SOA transmitters are in development and include E2A, E2B and N2B types. As they are released the data sheets will be posted here.
