B-PON OLT / ONU Burst Mode Bidi Transceivers SFF
Ligent ITU-T G.983.1 and G.983.3 Class B B-PON transceivers are designed for Fiber to the Home, Business or Curb (FTTX) systems employing burst mode receivers and transmitters. They support symmetrical and asymmetrical data links of 155/155 Mb/s, 622/622 Mb/s and 155/622 Mb/s and can serve up to 16 or 32 subscribers over distances of up to 20 km. The upstream ONU transceiver incorporates a high-performance 1310 nm burst mode transmitter and 1490 nm CW mode PIN/TIA receiver. The Downstream OLT transceiver incorporates a high-performance 1310 nm burst mode receiver and 1490 nm CW mode transmitter. Commercial and industrial temperature range options are available.
